The Ocean & Her Waves: Kirsten's FIRST Poetry Book is OUT!
It all began with an aching heart and a blank journal.
It all started off with me using my journal as an outlet for my feelings and lessons learned. I would write down free verse poetry, jot down ideas, and scribble drawings here and there. One day, my brother asked how I was coping with my feelings and so I shared my journal with him. He was pleased with what he had read and urged me to self publish my work into a book. Well... it's finally here! It's been in the making for about a year and a half now, and HERE IT IS.
The Ocean & Her Waves is a collection of poetry, prose, and stories dealing with the waves of love, loss, and life. Written by FIlipino-American author, Kirsten Dawn.
